Interested owners should make an appointment by calling 1-888-382-9670. It is important to have the contact details of all participants. A message with the link of the virtual visit will be sent to everyone.
There must be a maximum of 3 participants such as the owner, the occupying tenant and the potential tenant.
The visit is done virtually by the occupying tenant.
As everyone will be in communication at the same time, you can ask your occupying tenant to visit the premises and also ask him questions if necessary (example: storage, dishwasher entry). - The visit should last a maximum of 15 minutes.
